Pricing questions

How do I sign up?
Fill in the sign-up form with your practice details and the plan you want. Our team sets up your account and contacts you to complete onboarding. Prefer to talk first? Call sales on 800.543.3001 (option 1) or book a demo.
Is there a trial?
Yes, on the Standard plan. New Standard subscriptions are $99 a month for the first 3 months instead of $149, with 1 provider and 1 back-office user included. After 3 months the plan continues at $149 a month, billed month to month. Basic and Premium bill at their regular price from the start.
What counts as a provider, and what is a back-office user?
A provider is anyone who signs notes: chiropractors, associates, and licensed therapists. A back-office user is a front desk, billing, or administrative login that does not chart. Basic includes one provider login only; Standard adds one back-office user; Premium includes two providers and up to three back-office users.
Can I add more providers or users?
On Standard, each additional provider is $29 a month and each additional back-office user is $9 a month. Premium already includes two providers and up to three back-office users; for more than that, call sales on 800.543.3001 (option 1).
What does Basic leave out?
The back office: transactions and the patient ledger, insurance and claims management, and the financial reports that depend on them. Scheduling, SOAP notes, exams, history, and patient records are all included.
Are online scheduling and appointment reminders included?
Online scheduling is included free on every plan. SMS appointment reminders are included with Premium and available as an add-on on Basic and Standard: $29 a month for up to 600 reminders, $39 for up to 800, or $69 for up to 1,500. Call sales on 800.543.3001 (option 1) to switch it on or if you send more than that.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Is data migration really free?
Yes. We import patients, appointments, and balances from your current software at no charge on every plan.
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement?
Yes. A HIPAA BAA is included with every plan and is signed electronically during onboarding.
